The automatic laser pinhole drilling unit guarantees the highest drilling precision and enables a relaxed working position either sitting or standing. The powerful motor guarantees continuous easy drilling at 16,000 1/min. even on extra-hard plaster.

The casing:
Powder-coated cast aluminium casing. Compact and highly stable version. Two working positions via swivel foot on base:
parallel to the table, tilted 16° forwards.

The model table
Easy to move model table. Dual guide for highest precision. Perforations for removal of drilling dust. Easy to remove collection dish for plaster dust underneath the table. Individual, infinitely variable drill depth setting from 0–12 mm (0–0.47 inch) via knurled screw. Non-slip, even surface.

The laser beam
Strong light, fine laser point. Easily recognized on all plaster colours and surfaces. Precise match to pinhole drill.

2. D-PI 120 A / D-PI 120 M pin drilling unit

The pin drilling units D-PI 120 A and M ensure optimal drilling precision and efficiency, accompanied by the ease of operation, reliability and tangible quality. In the automatic D-PI 120 A, the drill advances by means of an electric servomotor. The drilling process is initialised by lightly pressing down the handle with the edge of the hand. In the manual version D-PI 120 M the drill is advanced by lifting the loop handle. The work surface is made from slip-resistant special plastic, which ensures safe and precise fixation of the model. The electronic detector of the D-PI 120 A informs the operator with a LED about the drill condition and switches the instrument automatically off before the drill becomes too blunt.
