1. D-26 V blocking and measuring units
The D-26 model series offers maximum precision and handling comfort. The double-jointed arm is ball-bearing and offers maximum freedom of movement with its generous dimensions. The D-26 V has two double-jointed arms, one used for blocking and the other for measuring. The measuring arm can be freely moved in three dimensions and can be fixated easily and safely
in any position. It is fitted with a precision chuck (clamping range 0-4 mm). The finely adjustable heating element is used to set the working temperature for blocking. The set temperature remains constant for the whole duration of the blocking procedure. The D-26 V is also available with or without electromagnetic work surface. A scratch-proof Ceran plate is available as accessory. |

2. D-F 44 precision milling unit with micromotor
All milling tasks are carried out quickly and accurately. The D-F 44 is designed very clearly and rugged and therefore easy to use. The smooth running double-jointed arm is equipped with 4 ball bearings. It is absolutely without play and ensures precise working in all three dimensions. The integrated depth gauge can be used to exactly delimit the vertical working range. For straight-line processing or drilling, the double-jointed arm is fixed with the drilling unit. After releasing the fixation, the arm simply moves aside (e.g. for changing tools) and can then be returned exactly to its initial position.

3. D-F 44L
Tools are changed with the handy quick-action lever. The D-F 44 is driven by a robust micromotor with silent milling spindle. The milling spindle can be set continuously from 2,400 to 40,000 rpm,
with consistent high torque. The D-F 44 is equipped with an electric working surface. For wax milling tasks in particular, the D-F 44 L is also available with a micromotor that can be set from 0 to 30,000 rpm. Optionally, the D-F 44 can be extended with a measuring or blocking arm. |

4. D-P 26 precision parallelometer
With double-jointed arm for measuring and transferring of data. The smooth running and
maintenance-free guide rod is precisely pivoted with linear rotating ball bearings. The tools are inserted in a three-jaw precision chuck with a clamping range of 0-4 mm. The height of the working area is adjusted by moving the guide housing along the strong pillar of the unit. The measuring arm moves freely in three dimensions and can be fixated easily and safely in any desired position. |
