The spot-welding and soldering unit with electronic control for precise dose performance within the dental industry.

Features:

  1. Removable hand electrodes for free-hand welding or soldering.
  2. Finely adjustable electrode distance and electrode pressure prevents distortion during spot-welding.
  3. Finely adjustable current for adding large chrome cobalt pieces up to the finest precious metal wires.
  4. Welding time infinitely adjustable from 0-2 sec.
  5. Switch from soldering to spot welding (possible without changing electrodes).
  6. Spot-welding control via optical and acoustic signal.
  7. Foot control for soldering and welding power as well as opening the fixed electrodes.

Hydrogen soldering machine
The soldering machine series Hot Flame is based on the latest soldering technology which makes them perfect for the soldering of pieces in the jewellery, optics and industrial business sectors. Easy operation, technical functioning, ergonomic features and particularly the safety of the user, were of special interest when the machines were designed.

All relevant parameter settings, such as the filling level of electrolyte, are indicated. The machine is equipped with a visual and acoustic warning system for your safety. Two separate gas outlets for gold or platinum soldering respectively allow flexible working.
