3. Single and three-workplace vacuum extraction unit D-LE 260 E
These newly developed extraction units enable you to achieve the best extraction results and a maximum
of protection from hazardous microscopic dust. The D-LE 260 E is designed for 3 extraction positions. It is equipped with automatic switching and state-of-the-art electronic airflow regulation. In continuous operation, the extraction power can be set continuously and is maintained constant with the automatic airflow regulation. The dust is collected in a large-volume disposable filter bag with a maximum capacity of up to 10kg. The large-area microfilter positioned behind the main filter collects 99.98% of the dust particles even down to a size of 0.5μm. The single workplace extraction unit D-LE 260 S is almost identical to the D-LE 260 E, but is not equipped with automatic power up. |

4. D-LE 280 / D-LE 280 KL three-workplace extraction unit
The newly developed D-LE 280 and D-LE 280 KL vacuum extraction units are equivalent to the 260
series units, but can be integrated in laboratory furniture. The fleece bag is accessible from the
front. The removable front cover can be manufactured in any colour and material to match existing furniture. The automatic power on instantly recognises a rotating handpiece and immediately actuates the extraction. The current extraction power is displayed with 4 LEDs. The extraction unit D-LE 280 KL is best suited
for daily continuous operation. In contrast to the D-LE 280, it is fitted with a maintenance free 2-stage high-power blower without collector. This motor has no carbon brushes and no collector. |

5. Vacuum extraction junction W-2
The vacuum extraction junction W-2 connects 2 dust generating instruments or workstations to one single extraction unit. Switching the rotary knob selects individual or simultaneous extraction on the dust generating units.
Automatic shut-off valve for extraction positions AV-1
Suitable for our D-LE 260 E, D-LE 280, D-LE 280 KL vacuum extraction units. The AV-1 shut-off valve
closes and opens the extraction positions completely automatically. If the unit or handpiece is switched off, the shut-off valve closes with a delay of approx. 10 s. The AV-1 can simply be attached to the underside of a table with a screw.

6. D-LE 255 S single workplace extraction unit
The D-LE 255 S is practically identical to the D-LE 255 E, without automatic power up and airflow regulation. The extraction power is set with the manual control as required.
Vacuum extraction unit D-V with filter unit
The D-V extraction unit with filter unit is preferably employed to eliminate large quantities of plaster dust. Therefore, it is mainly used in combination with dry grinders. The instrument consists of an extraction blower unit and the filter housing, connected with a tube. The extraction blower unit is equipped with a very
powerful high-pressure blower motor. It requires little space and runs extremely smooth. The dust generator is connected to the built-in socket. Once the maximum filter bag capacity of approx. 20kg is reached, the instrument switches off automatically. |
